The research field aims to consider possible career entry opportunities for young architects. Above all, the architectural competition should be considered as a potential tool. The following key points, among others, should be highlighted:

· Definition of the players: "young" architectural offices / cities / investors / AKNW / ...

· Fields of action: Opportunities for young architects to start their careers / analysis of relevant, nationwide architectural competitions in recent years

· Field study: Creation of a questionnaire for young architects / offices & corresponding interviews

· Evaluation and compilation
